I love these, they don’t dry out my skin like a lot of the other pads and the smell is great! I’ve come to pair this with artnaturals serum with 2% salicylic acid as well and even with just two weeks my skin is looking great. I haven’t broken out since I’ve gotten on a good routine with these and it’s so easy to use these and done. I do the serum in the morning and these at night and it does wonders. LOVE THESE! I have tried countless skincare products and have educated myself a fair bit on their uses. I've tried everything from Asian products to drugstore to bougie and I love these. I use them on myself and my tween son. We both have moderately sensitive skin. My main issue is blackheads and his is whiteheads while texture is an issue for both of us. We both have days when we just don't have time for a proper regimen or just realize that we got caught up and forgot... these are PERFECT for on the go cleansing and maintenance to help keep sebum build up and pore blockage to a minimum and prevent our blackheads and whiteheads. The other ingredients work great for toning and texture, while the aloe helps keep it from being too drying or irritating. Follow with Hyaluronic acid and maybe niacinamide and you're in business. They have helped so much in preventing our skin care issues. It is deep cleansing and moderately pore tightening so it leaves skin feeling a little bit dry and tight... I personally love that. A little moisturizer after like what I recommended will help keep your skin from overreacting to the dryness and dumping a ton of oil on it and will bring the moisture back without widening the pores back open. The ingredients are on point, exactly what you need. There's always a slight risk of sensitivity to Salicylic acid or allergy to any natural ingredients so do a test spot first. But if you have experience with these ingredients, you'll be fine. These are the perfect ingredients for preventing skin congestion. Spot test before using others skincare products immediately after. Antioxidants and moisturizers should be fine but a strong vitamin c formulation could cause irritation following a direct acid, best to separate, maybe use vit c in the am and Salicylic later in the day. Avoid glycolic acid and retinoids for several hours. Niacinamide and Hyaluronic acid are great with it. Always check your ingredients and do a quick search if in doubt and always spot test before first use. Using more than once a day could lead to issues but it depends on the individual. Alternating with a more gentle cleanser in the morning might be best, like squalane cleanser. The ordinary sells a decent one for cheap. ... show more

The pads are soaked in witch hazel. They also have a rough side and a soft side. The rough side irritates my skin. There are three layers to each pad that easily pull apart to get more bang for your buck.

I like to use it to refresh my face when it is feeling oily or tired. Thayers has akways made good products with good ingredients. My face does not feel stripped aftwrwards. The scent of lemongrass is strong though. I would purchase it again.
