I got this mostly for my daughter who is gluten free and used them in a vegetarian stir fry. I thought I was "sacrificing" taste keeping it gluten free but what a surprise when it was delicious! The only issue was they clumped together. The directions said to run cold water over the noodles to prevent this is not using right away but I used them immediately and they still clumped together.
