I know you can argue there's much better out there, most would. I know it's shortcoming's, I know the rgb doesn't actually change color, they are static, yet the effect's are cool none the less, again FOR WHAT YOU PAY FOR IT, I bought 2 of them costed me 26 and 32 buck's. Didn't buy at same time btw. It is a heavy feeling keyboard, meaning it doesn't slide all over the place, the key cap's are NOT concaved like most keyboard's so that take's a bit of adjusting to. I'd say 5 star's, but for one thing, the keyboard is heavy enough to break the riser tab's on back, those are too weak for the heft and break, did on both I bought. So, if you buy this keyboard, expect that to happen..still despite what they are not, I like them just fine, but I'm not a power typer either, just casual. I also like that I can replace the key if one does stop working, can get a whole new set for like 8-10 buck's...and as for gaming, idk really..I just started gaming on it, but nothing bother's me while gaming, key's hit everytime. Now if only my fat finger's went on a diet..I keep hitting the caps lock key with my pinky, lol! But that's more me than it. Oh, and they do look real good and definately changed the appearance of my build..nice! ... show more

I'm a fast typist - that's the first thing to know. I am also a fan of clicky keyboards. Multiple lighting displays - also, very nice. One of those settings is feedback, so only the key you press lights up and it does look neat when you're typing. Bought this with the Blue switch option. Click is decent. Not loud enough for my personal taste, but that has no impact on my rating. The BIG issue are the keys on this keyboard. They're square, flat, and when you move your fingers from row-to-row, you WILL accidentally hit keys unintentionally. Slowing down my typing isn't going to be a possibility. As a result, it's been oh-so-difficult to use this thing (and I use it at work; my keyboards I use at home are high-end gaming keyboards) I don't want to have to switch out all the keys as that would defeat the purpose. It is NOT a keyboard for a fast typist. Also, despite using they keyboard on three different machines (all different types/models), the volume knob doesn't do a thing to change the volume. There may be a setting I've overlooked, but I cannot get the dial to change volume; the "mute" button somehow is linked to the lighting display I mentioned earlier. One of my employees loves the keyboard and she is a much slower/meticulous typist thus I'm gifting it to her. I bought this keyboard on sale for around $30.00 and overall, if you are a medium-speed typist (50-ish words per minute or fewer) this will probably be a good keyboard for you. Just note that this they keys, again, are 100% FLAT so there's no forgiveness moving row to row. I am an avid gamer, but I have not used this keyboard for gaming thus I cannot offer feedback in that area. I would not recommend this keyboard to anyone who is a fast typist/looking to use this keyboard for office work unless you are, again, a slower-speed typist. ... show more

Mechanical keyboard, which is terrific and has a great feel. I type 100% of the time I'm at work and I buy my own keyboards for this and having one that performs well is really important to me. This keyboard performs just great, feels great. It even looks great (all the colored back lights match a long string of colored lights I have around my cubicle because I cannot live without a very personalized cubicle (goes with my Star Wars posters and other cool stuff there to take my mind off the fact that I have an otherwise very tedious job). If you have a gaming chair (I bought myself one of those too) and a string of colored lights, you really have to get yourself a colorful keyboard and this one has keys that you can see brilliantly, especially the number pad, even while all the other work lights in your area are turned off (I had to get the building maintenance guy to disable all the ceiling lights over my cubicle to maximize the "ambiance"). I gave this keyboard all 5 stars because it's what I needed to get me through the work day and because, once I got some little o-rings to dampen the sound of my key strokes - it's a little loud if you're in a close-quarter cubicle situation where everybody hears everything you do - the sound I'm making is less of an annoyance for the coworkers. However, I don't worry about that too much because, with all the key stroke sound, everybody knows I'm really keeping my nose to the proverbial grind stone, better than some of them are, it would seem. Everyone had to check out my cool new keyboard, of course. Anyway, if you're looking for a good performing, and attractive, keyboard, this one is just the ticket. I can't speak to the gaming aspects of it, although the color arrangement would support that function, and I just type numbers and text all day, but I'm sure it would be great for that as well. This keyboard was inexpensive and although it is definitely not the highest quality it is firm enough to take me beating on it day in and day out while coding and writing. Has already lasted longer than my previous brand name keyboard and does not lack in responsiveness which is what I was looking for as my brand name Bluetooth had huge delays even with it plugged directly into usb. I would recommend for day to day use it has most features you see in mechanical keyboards these days and can be replaced at the cost versus arguing with the high end manufacturer about warranties which are not worth it. I recommend this product, note figuring out the lighting tool a little bit for the most part works as expected. ... show more

Got this as a cheap mech keyboard for my work computer as I work remotely. For the money if you want a cheap mech keyboard for under 50 bucks this 110% will fit the bill it seems well made and the lighting isn't overly bright. Would buy again 10/10
