Best infection clearing ointment on the market. I’ve been using it for several years and even Bacitracin ointment doesn’t compared. It’s pricey but worth every penny. It will save you a doctor’s and ER visit.

Purchased this for occasional burns while cooking. Thought in the back of my head it might be good for cuts, if the need should ever arise. Well, I found out last week when a carving knife slipped off an onion and whacked my finger really hard. Could've used a stitch or two but I settled for steri-strips and closed the wound myself. I used iodine for the first two days but after that I started using this cream. Very surprised that after 4 days the exterior skin was closed and also there's no redness, pain, or infection. I have dry skin anyway so this helped keep the healing wound from drying out. So, this is one of those products to have "Just in case". And if it expires before you finish it, buy a fresh tube. My cat managed to break a claw on a rear paw right at the base and below the quick. He was in a lot of pain and really close to an emergency vet visit over the holidays. I learned it could be avoided if I could ameliorate the impending infection and help him get over the pain. Prime reviews led me to take a chance on this ointment, and I’m so glad I did. After just two applications all of the swelling disappeared and the broken nail released and fell off. He was back to his normal self in a just a couple days, and his pain and infection were gone. It’s like a miracle how well this stuff worked. I will definitely be keeping tubes in our first aid kits from now on. If you’re on the fence bc of the price, don’t be. After experiencing such incredible results, I wouldn’t have any trouble paying double or triple the asking price. BUY IT! ... show more

I have an open sore about 1 1/2 cm underside of my thigh. It has been a difficult one. I don’t believe it is infected, however. No redness, pain, swelling, or pus. I use a little one to two times per day with a band aide. The outside edges are scarring. I will probably try some iodine as well. I am very active in water sports , so that may be a precipitating factor. ... show more
