You get a nice variety... camels, zebras etc...the usuals. Two or three will fit in the palm of an adult hand. Only one giraffe couldn't stand...hot water fixed that. The animals with fur all have a texture. Each animal had painted eyeballs. Not all animals have any painted detail other than eyes. I've had better and worse. For less than 10 bucks you get some pretty nice animals for whatever reason you wanted them. Larger sets cost more and are often filled with trees and rocks that count as pieces. I am pleased with this. I had already bought the big Terra by Batatt Dinosaur bucket with the big dinos. Excellent. This product is always very good quality. I would rather each animal have been almost twice it's size but that's not what this is or what it's advertised as. You can buy mono colored animals at dollars stores now that are only about 12 per bag. These are better detailed and have nice colors and paint. Anyone who loves animals should like these. We bought these to put in sensory bins for our ocean loving kiddo. The animals look fairly realistic especially for how small scale they are. This pack has a nice variety of ocean animals which our kid likes sorting by where in the ocean you might find the animal. The number of each animal differs because this seems like a grab bag container, so you can setup an activity to have the kid group them and then count how many are in each group without worrying about them finding a pattern to it and guessing. ... show more

The product itself is fine except for this white film that’s on a lot of the figurines. Also, we had to use a literal hacksaw so open the container! It would not twist open.
