I was surprised by how easy it is to make cappuccinos with this one—really straightforward. It arrived brand new in the retail box and makes coffee quickly and easily. I haven’t figured out everything yet, but it’s perfect for making a regular double shot of espresso. It’s quieter than I expected and feels solid and well-built. I’d definitely recommend it. Just follow the instructions and clean it as the manual suggests, which doesn’t take much time. While most places there use machine-style coffee, it doesn’t compare to the quality of this one. It comes with everything you need, so you don’t have to buy extra accessories. I did get a small glass measuring cup for measuring espresso for iced drinks, but that’s optional. There is a bit of a learning curve, which I anticipated. I had to read the instructions a few times and even took a break before coming back to it. But once you get used to it, it’s actually pretty easy! I love how the milk setup works—just angle the nozzle into the cup, set the dial, and it steams and froths the milk perfectly. It makes great espresso once you figure out the right grind and roast. Some reviews mentioned the coffee being weak, but after using this machine for several weeks, we really love it. The automatic frother's her favorite part - no more whisking milk like a maniac. She's loving the option to make different drinks with just a button push. Mentioned the espresso comes out nice and strong, good crema on top. Now, it did take her a bit to figure out all the settings. Said the manual was okay, but some trial and error was needed. Cleaning's been pretty easy, she likes that the milk tank can go in the fridge. One quirk she noticed - it's a bit noisy when frothing milk. Also, took some practice to get the foam just right for her lattes. Overall, she's thrilled with it. Says it's upped her at-home coffee game big time.
