I now have the Spiral, Polygon and Pile variations of the Tenga 3D. The Spiral and Pile might be roughly even for quality of sensation, though they are different from each other. When choosing one of these, it's important to consider how much surface area will be in contact with the skin. The Polygon has broad facets, and the material is overall thicker and less stretchy, so it tends to slide less freely across the skin. So it gives much less stimulation of the skin. The Spiral and Pile are very nice in contrast to the Polygon. The Spiral pattern allows a lot of open space between the skin and its surface, so it slides more easily and gives an unusual stimulation. I believe it's the most popular of the five models. The Pile has triangular shaped pockets that retain lube and minimize surface contact area. The texture is spongy and springy compared to the other two, which is really nice. Combined with an Aneros Helix Syn and a generous coating of Sutil lube it's a very nice item to have. It is soft and stretches over a bigger package than some other compact sleeves do. I have 3 of them. The Pile is pretty smooth, just like the real thing. The Polygon has a little more friction. The Zen will finish the job quickly and is our favorite. The endowed will enjoy these toys and cleanup is a cinch. Great value and product. UPDATE Different strokes for different moods. If you are raging and ready to finish quick, the Pile is the go to and it feels very natural upon release inside. The Polygon is more middle ground and the Zen just can't be stopped.     • A well designed toy for men

UPDATE 3/25/16: The Module has become less tight and has become greatly more pleasurable after the first few uses. The squared off bumps are less noticeable and now provide some interesting stimulation. I still want the Spiral texture in the collection, but for now, I am pleased. The 4-star rating stands (it does say "I like it"), but is now more like 4.3. UPDATE 3/21/16: Sticking with my four star rating for now. I recently added the Module style to my drawer hoping to find higher levels of stimulation not found in the Zen. I found more stimulation, but the first two uses left me a little sore afterward; the square modules are a bit too angular. If they were rounded bumps instead of squares, this might be the perfect pattern. The material of the Module has the tightness desired in the Zen. In fact, it is so tight that it will eject itself if you remove your hand. So, now I am faced with the other end of the spectrum: I wish the Module was looser, but expect that with a few uses the material may loosen a bit and become less aggressive. Overall, I like it, but not quite in love with it. But, I will use it until I get bored and try the Spiral pattern. As with my first review below, I opened my Tenga, washed it with soap and water, and did not notice a strong odor of any kind. It is not odorless, but again, not stinky. It cleans easily and stores nicely in the plastic stand and cover. Make sure you use water-based lube, a bit more than you think but not too much (you will get to the magic amount after a few uses). Stay away from silicone lube as it will break down the material. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I would rate this Tenga 5-stars if it was a little "tighter". I use it routinely and like the way it feels but I guess a little more stimulation would be better. Otherwise, this thing provides me a good service when the wife is not in the mood or not around to enjoy some adult time. The texture is pleasurable as long as you have sufficient lube (I use the product linked below) and I am considering other textures available in this product line. It is easy to clean and flips inside out (or is it outside in?) for its designed use and then you flip it the other way to clean it; I use regular ol' body soap to clean and it seems to work well. It then stores nicely on a drying stand with a clear plastic cover, making a nice package that stays free from lint or other contaminants in your drawer. The Tenga is made with nice materials and mine has seen use over a dozen times without any signs of tears or stretching out. ok so I don't think I'm a particularly thick guy but this thing legit hurt to use, I flooded it with lube and it still felt like is was scraping a layer of skin off. there's no returns or refunds of course so I tried cutting the entrance off, that didn't help, I tried cutting the exit off so it was just an open ended sleeve and that didn't help, so I just threw the thing away. ... show more

    • Pleasurable, but too stimulating (Spiral)

I enjoyed this product for a short time. After a few minutes, the sleeve became too stimulating and I had to stop! I'm not 'huge' by any means, and this product isn't 'tight' (by any means), I just think this particular design was just too much. I'd like to try others, however, to see how they differ. Product came in a nondescript package. The sleeve itself has a 'stand' and looks like a very beautiful product (it does seem to be high-quality). I found that the lube that it came with was better than the water-based lube I used for later attempts—not sure why, but it just seemed to feel a bit better. 3 stars for it's design being 'too much' albeit a beautiful piece of silicone! I found it too stimulating, but for those who need more stimulation than a traditional sleeve, this may be perfect. ... show more
