I purchased these as a cake decoration for my son’s birthday cake. They are adorably vintage looking BUT the front ends of them are all very boring. The sides are nice with painted windows, but from the front end you get one little square for a windshield and nothing else. No headlights. No grille. No turn signals to speak of. It’s literally just one box they bothered to paint on for the windshield. So they were a terrible cake decoration and I ended up just giving them to him. He enjoys rolling them around but not as much as his regular hot wheels. I think most kids prefer the sound of metal or plastic when playing with cars. I like the fact that they’re wood but he doesn’t care. Because of the lack of detail I don’t recommend. ... show more
