My son loved these monster truck toys. The lights were just so cool for him. The only issue we had was when he was playing with them & he crashed them together & it broke a piece off right in the area of where we turn the lights off so we had to take the truck apart & hot glue some pieces back together. My grandson liked the light up wheels and the colors. The plastic is on the soft side, so I'm not sure if it is durable for a four year old. Time will tell.
