Bought another one last month to replace a different model leaning seat where the padding was basically worn out after a week of use. These are the real deal for quality seats. Highly recommend. Now I have a matching pair! Update 5/2020 - original seat still going strong and pretty much like new. Padding, seatcover and stitching holding up well. Very pleased with the purchase. I like the seat, bigger than I pictured it’s thicker which is fine, I had a spacer for my last seat didn’t need it now. Padding is solid doesn’t give to much but I’m sure it’ll break in, at least I’m not feeling the board inside the seat like I did on my last one. The four star rating is because of the screw inserts 2 of them are in upside down, had a hard time putting screws in the 2 that are backwards, and I’m hoping they don’t become a problem down the road. ... show more

I bought this seat to replace one that I had on my old Ranger Sport bass boat. It mounted perfectly on the Springfield 1642008 Spring-Lock 22.5"-29.5" pedestal. This seat is very comfortable and does what it is supposed to do. (Pad my butt when I need to rest) I haven't been out in the elements with it yet to see if it absorbs any rain, but eventually I'll find out. I'm happy with my purchase. ... show more
