It works as advertised. I'm able to extend and retract the ladder no problem. The locks on each rung have held up so far. But when fully extended, it bends something fierce when you're close to the top. I was sure it was going to crack and I was going to fall 10+ feet onto the side of my camper. Hopefully I'm wrong and it'll hold up well. I'll update this review again in a year or so if it hasn't snapped by then. ... show more
