I bought 2 of these in the past few months. The first one I bought to put in an external drive housing for external storage for my Xbox Series S for Xbox One and older games. It works great in that role because it is much faster than an HDD, so loading times are improved. I then purchased another one to add to my PC for much the same thing game storage so that they will have faster loading times than using an HDD. These are a great performance to $ deal. They obviously are not as fast as NVMe storage, but if you want some extra storage (faster than HDD) via SATA or external storage with an external housing, these are a great for that. ... show more

My only complaint with these drives is that they didn’t come with any software for cloning the drive. Outside of that these drives have been a game changer for me! Boots so much faster abs since I also DJ having all my music on an SSD has made finding music faster in searches.

I decided to get the T force Vulcan after my old hard drive became slow and nearly unusable. For about 25$ why not? To install the new ssd I simply opened up the back of my laptop and changed out the drives. After transferring all the data I turned on my laptop for the first time. My laptop went from booting up in 5 minutes to 5 seconds after the replacement. The speeds on it are simply incredible. Boot and load times significantly faster over stock PS4 1TB storage drive. Grabbed this SSD when price dropped below 50 bucks and kicking myself I didn't upgrade much sooner. Yeah the difference is that noticable. Less time waiting and more time gaming I call that a win-win in my book.
