    • I’m not a “toothpick aficionado” but these are great in my opinion :)
Using these, in conjunction with Nicorette Lozenges to try and help with quitting smoking. These are much better than the “mint toothpicks” you get from your average restaurant. The seem stronger, as far as wood quality, but also much stronger in the “mint flavor” as well. In my experience, a regular toothpick will last roughly 5 to 10 minutes before it’s soggy, gross, and splintering. The mint flavor lasts what? 2 minutes? Maybe 5? I actually haven’t timed anything “officially” but, I know I’ve had one of these in my mouth for a good 20 minutes, and still at that point has some mint left, and sturdiness left. It’s a toothpick, but I definitely think it’s a “good” one. ... show more

    • Doesn't exactly taste like "mint" flavor, to me.
These took picks are decent, for what they are. I was a bit let down by the flavor. I'm not a huge cinnamon fan, but i wanted some flavored, sturdy chewing tooth picks to keep handy. I got these because they touted a description of "mint flavored" instead of the more popular cinnamon flavoring on these style picks. When arrived, I was excited and immediately tried one out! Honestly, it tasted pretty well just like a very mild cinnamon flavoring, with some added menthol for extra 'bite' to set your mouth off. I was quite disappointed. Also, i had tried a similar tooth pick style from a friend that seemed to be constructed a good bit sturdier than these picks. These seem to get soft on the sharp tip and splinter quite quickly. So, my advice is to pick your teeth first (if you're actually using it for that purpose), THEN take time to chew and gnaw on these bad boys, like the busy beavers we all are deep down inside :P ... show more
