The TV was shipped ahead of schedule. Didn't come with a power cord and I experienced the remote control issue previous reviewers wrote about. I contacted the company (their website was not available) by phone and they did an excellent job of replacing the remote and sending me a power cord. The TV has a great picture. This is my first smart TV so I don't have anything to compare it to but it seems easy to navigate. Overall I'm happy with the TV and the customer service. The company should test the remotes before sending them out though. It seems to be an ongoing issue. Otherwise everything is great and I'm happy with my new "smart" TV. ... show more

    • Buyer Beware: Not an authorized seller of TCL TVs
We received this product 11 months ago and immediately out of the box there were picture quality issues but the problem seemed to resolve on its own so we did not send it back at that time. We did not use the tv again for about 6 months and when we turned it on, the picture was incredibly dim to the point that it looked like it was off. We contacted the manufacturer who walked us through troubleshooting it and they said it was a faulty unit. But it was at that point that we learned that this seller is not an authorized seller so the company would not honor the 1 year warranty. They recommended that we contact this amazon seller. Upon doing that and informing them that the problem first appeared on day 1 but it is now completely inoperable, they told us that since we are more than 90 days out, they dont need to help us at all. ... show more
