I bought these apothecary jars to store cotton swab pads. The three jars combined could not store one package of cotton swab pads which was pretty disappointing. I actually wouldn't have cared as much if the lids themselves secured to the container which the do not. They merely sit on top of the lid which makes them easy to knock over. These jars are plastic so items such as bath salts should not be stored in them. I was going to return these but decided to keep them since it would be more of a hassle to go to the UPS store based on their price. If you don't mind keeping a small amount of items in them then they will work just fine. From a distance they do look nice but they feel cheap when you use them so there is a tradeoff there. ... show more
