  • Fixed my problem immediately! Great value!
Color: 5 Clear Pairs
These are amazing! I no longer have to constantly push up my glasses! I got 5 pairs of the clear 1 mm pads, and they fit perfect. They stick super well, and each pair lasted me around 3-4 weeks, which I personally feel is great for the product. Especially when you think about how much wear and tear they go through with being on your nose and the glasses being taken on and off. Because I got the clear version to go with my clear glasses, they do turn a little yellowish over time, and dust shows up on the sides of them more, but I feel like that’s understandable since it happens over time. If you get a more opaque color, they’ll probably last you longer than 3-4 weeks! They are small, so they can be a bit hard to put on. I use a small pair of tweezers to grab the edge of the pad and then place them gently on my glasses. It works perfect! Overall, I feel like they’re a great value for the price and the product works super well. I love these and will definitely order again!! TL;DR: Great product for the price, very sticky, lasts me 3-4 weeks per pair, let this be your sign and just buy them!! ... show more

  • They Fall Off!
Color: 5 Clear Pairs
These are great except they keep falling off no matter what I do. I guess I know why they sell multiples because you keep having to replace them which is annoying to say the least. There needs to be something that wraps around the pad so it stays on. Great concept, poor execution. Edit: The seller reached out and let me know that the pads are not meant for my style of glasses; nose piece instead of solid frames. I did not catch that when I purchased them. Makes sense now and I am changing my review to 4 stars since they gave me a full refund. It would be nice to see it stated explicitly on their item that it's only for solid frame glasses. So glad they reached out. ... show more

  • Great product if you don't sweat
Color: 5 Black Pairs
Well made in a small carrying case. Easy to use. I cut mine to fit better and they worked great. Only issue I had was when I was hiking and sweating, they became loose and fell off on the trail. I feel for every day, normal use, these are great!

  • Works amazing but the glue doesn't last
Color: 5 Clear Pairs
I usually wear smaller, plastic frame glasses. Because of recent trends I had to buy a larger frames as the selection of small rectangles is....dismal. So these new, much larger, plastic framed glasses slip down my nose like a MFer. These pads work AMAZING for keeping them in the right position. HOWEVER the glue doesn't last particularly long. Probably 2-4 weeks, I haven't kept an exact track of it. I'm honestly tempted to use super glue to stick the pads on 'cause they work THAT WELL. ... show more

  • Excellent product, but...
Color: 5 Clear Pairs
The geto-mimic surface is an excellent design that REALLY resolve the problem of the lubricating effect from skin oil. However, the glue it used to attach to the glass frame is not that desirable. In weeks of wearing, the glue will be squeezed out from the interface area, that you have to manually remove them. However after that, your attachment becomes weaker and eventually your anti-slip pad per se start to slip from the frame. You have to replace it by the next anti-slip pad, but if you need to do it monthly, that will be a headache. My point is, this product, the surface micro-texture, are really good. But if the vendor or manufacturer do some change on the glue, make it better, then it will become a perfect item. Please let me know then, I will purchase the "perfect" version. ... show more

  • They work well but don't last long
Color: 5 Black Pairs
I've been using these for a bit over a month and since they last 2 weeks at most, I feel I can accurately describe the life cycle now that I'm on my 3rd installation. First, my glasses situation. I recently switched to big black framed glasses after years of wearing small rectangular wire frames with rubber nose pads. On top of that change, I had lots of adjustment issues and the college kid at my ophthalmologist's office messed with the frames so much that the arms have zero clamp on my head. Thus, they skate down my nose the second my head moves. My search for relief lead me to these Setex pads in black. Here's the installation process I've been following: Wipe the frame's nose area with a bit of isopropyl alcohol and let it dry. Then grab a pad with tweezers and ever so carefully place it where you think it should be. Hopefully you get it in the right spot so you don't have to peel it off again. Then do your best to place the other one in roughly the same place on the other side. With some patience, the pads won't be at odd angles or different heights. Now the glasses stick to your face, just as promised. It feels a little weird, like they're suctioned to your face at first, but no more slipping and it's great. A note before I continue with the review: the move to these larger frames gave me a whole world of eye pain that my ophthalmologist blamed on the thickness of the lenses, the size increase, and that my eyes were just used to my old glasses. I went back 4 times for adjustments and finally found a guy who realized they'd measured my head wrong and the center was in the wrong spot. The lenses were replaced but it barely helped; they insisted this was normal and I just had to wear them and get used to the change. Eventually my old glasses broke and I had no option but to wear these so I powered through a couple days of bad headaches and finally they felt normal. At least, until these pads ever so slightly raised the location of the glasses on my face, and brought the headaches back. That's not the pad's fault, but it's something I didn't really think about when purchasing. It was only a short period of discomfort and my eyes once again adjusted and things were fine. Again, not the pad's fault but on the chance this problem really is normal, it's something you might want to keep in mind. Back to these pads, after about a week, you notice they're slipping a bit. Not bad, but if you tilt your head down, they start sliding ever so slightly. A quick wipe of the pad with your finger reveals they've been acting like oil sponges and are feeling a bit slick. Not smooth plastic slick, but slick enough to slide a bit. I should note I don't have an oily face, I'd say my skin is normal and thanks to winter and the pandemic, I haven't left my house or exerted myself so I can't blame sweat or abnormally oily conditions. A few wipes with a finger or maybe a shirt and you'll be back to mostly normal, for now. Jump forward another week and one day your glasses will feel weird on your face and you'll see the adhesive has given up and now the pads are sliding around. Congratulations, you've reached the 2 week maximum life of the pads and now you have to start over with a new set. I'm disappointed in the 2 week life span. I'm on my 3rd set today after a month of use and there's 3 sets left in the container so you get a maximum of 2.5 months out of a purchase. I worry that summer time and some outdoor movement will cut this lifetime in half and at that point, they won't be worth the money. I'll probably go back to the metal frames with rubber pads later this year since this isn't worth the hassle. In conclusion, I'm happy with them now, not sure how I'll feel in warmer months but the 2 week annoyance is better than daily sliding glasses. TLDR: Put them on carefully, in 1 week they'll get slick with oil, in 2 weeks the adhesive gives up and you get to start over. Still better than slippery glasses. ... show more

  • Does the job... for a while.
Color: 5 Black Pairs
The profile of these pads is perfect, you can't see them. They do a fantastic job gripping to your nose. The only drawback is that the adhesion wears quickly, especially if you tend to sweat profusely in humid climates (guilty).
