The kit is ok & the nose pieces work but it says there is supposed to be a cleaning cloth. The cloth wasn't in my kit. The silver screwdriver isn't the 1pictured for the kit but it's better as the silver 1 was a 2 in 1 screwdriver, it was both phillip & flat. I was going to ask why the cloth wasn't in the kit but I'm not getting an option to ask about that. I can't do a replacement kit as I need the nose piece part now.     • Easy repair for damaged glasses
OK, easy is an overstatement. The screws holding the hose piece are very small. If you broke your glasses, you will be even more challenged to repair without help. The screws in my glasses were standard slot while the replacements were 'philips' head screws. Luckily, they provide a tool for both. The foreceps are helpful in holding the screw to place in the pad holder. The screw provided went in and tightened with no problems. Pads are comfortable. The originals were much firmer, but these are more grippy and feel softer. If you can manage replacing very, very small screws - this is a great kit. Otherwise, get a kid with good eyesight or take to a shop. ... show more

Replacing the nose-pads on a pair of glasses is one of those tasks that's fiddly no matter what you do, so I won't claim installation was pleasant. But this comes with five pairs and screws for all of them, and the tools needed to do the job. Thumbs up, and they feel nice as I wear them now. Tools are fine and work as expected but the nose pads are really low quality. I bought this kit in September because the original nose pads got a bit dirty. In the 3 months of replacing with these nose pads, I’ve had to change the nose pads twice because they’ve broken off. Ive had glasses most of my life and nose pads have never ripped off before. Everything you need to replace lost nose pad or screw on an eyeglass arm. Magnetic flathead & Phillips screwdrivers, many screws & pads. Tweezers were especially helpful. Well worth it to rescue a broken eyeglass frame or save paying an optometrist to fix.
