My order was fulfilled by Amazon. There was an issue with my original order, in which the Tauri box was missing several items. The problem was quickly resolved with a replacement order. My replacement was perfect. This is a great case. I can tell that it’s high-quality material. I love that it’s 5-in-1 with a case, two screen protectors and two camera lens covers. Having the camera lens cover is particularly nice. In addition to the square lens cover itself, each one of the three lenses is encircled with a protective bumper. The tempered glass is truly ultra-clear. My purple phone is visible through the case and both the screen and camera protector are completely transparent. The case feels comfortable and has a decent grip to it. I won’t have to worry about my phone easily slipping out of my hands. Only time will tell if this case is durable though. My only complaint is the lack of instructions on how to install it. It’s somewhat intuitive, but written instructions would have been helpful. This 5-in-1 phone case gives me peace of mind knowing that all aspects of my rather expensive iPhone 14 Pro Max are protected all around. This review is specifically for the Tauri tempered glass screen protectors. They are the easiest screen protectors to apply and had no bubbling or issues - it went on and was very satisfying to watch it applied perfectly. In my 13 years of being an iPhone owner, I have never had that happen before!! The tempered glass did break after 3 months (but the phone was protected). The case claims no yellowing, but mine is starting to yellow a bit. All in all, a great value and I'm in awe at how easy the screen protector went on. I wish I could buy JUST the screen protectors (don't need another case) ... show more

The case feels very sturdy and gives you the sense that it will provide very good drop protection as well as prevention of nicks and scratches on your iPhone. It feels very durable and looks good (I bought the clear plastic version). The only negative I can mention is one I also saw in another review before I made my decision to purchase: the lack of written installation instructions other than a modest diagram on the protective cover it was shipped in. I believe I installed it correctly but I'm really not sure, e.g., which side of the glass protector should go against the front side of the phone? Installation seemed to go fairly intuitively given the lack of detailed instructions but there is no guarantee I did it correctly.
