I was looking for a quick turnaround gift for a friend who was graduating. This ornament had a lot of options on colors of the tassel. Shiloh g was quick and it was well packaged but the ornament shell was a little lower quality. Instructions on how to assemble were clear and easy to follow.

This item is a cheap plastic ball but the seller expects you to put the tassel into the glass ball. Mine is defective and the opening for the glass ball is not wide enough to accommodate the tassel and the 2021 tag. Not sure why this is not assembled by them. For this much money (18) for an ornament I should not have to get instructions on how to put it together and then find it doesn't even fit. The instructions are a horrible quality xerox copy. Disappointed in this purchase and planned on returning for a refund but was told I would be responsible for shipping costs as well as restocking fee. It was weeks late in delivery but they used Covid as excuse. Not as expected based on the seller's picture. ... show more

I was excited about this item because they promote that it is “Made in USA”. The large plastic container for the ornament ball clearly states on the wrapper that it is made in China. I had to assemble the ornament and while doing so, the plastic ball’s hanging top bent in several places despite my being careful. The tassel was fine and are the correct colors, but seriously, I could have just taken my daughter’s tassel, cut the bottom off a bit and purchased a Dollar Tree ball. I cannot understand the $30 price tag on this. I was willing to pay it for the quality of a USA made product……I guess “made in the USA” means you put it together in the USA? Even the tape on the box proudly promotes the company and the “made in the USA” claim. Do yourself a favor and invest in an extra tassel for your graduate and buy a nice large ornament to put it in….it will be cheaper and look better….. so long as you don’t get a cheap plastic ball. ... show more
