The problem with this product is that the towels only stay warm for MAYBE a minute or two at most and then it’s back to getting back up and getting another semi-warm towel out! The towels do not heat up evenly. Lid doesn’t sit on it correctly as it came damaged. I should have returned it! Not worth the money. Very disappointed in this product. I liked this towel warmer, while it worked. After a few weeks the twist knob to turn it on stopped functioning, making this useless to me. unfortunately its too late to return, so its going in the trash.
