I've purchased this steamer 3 times and it never last long at all. This time I only got about 3 months use. While I was using the steamer on a client the stean stopped in mid use but the lights and power was still on. I unplugged and tried another outlet and still nothing. I really love this steamer but I can not keep wasting money on this for it to not ever last longer than a year let alone 4 months is insane. ... show more

    • “Ozone” stopped blowing/lighting up and working
UPDATE: company was awesome and sent me a replacement ! I purchased this for my Salon in June and I opened the salon in July… It is now only October… Three months later, and it won’t blow the steam nearly as good as what it did… It barely trickles out… Upon further investigation, I noticed that when I hit the ozone button, it completely doesn’t even do anything anymore… It lights up, red, but The steam pattern doesn’t change or blow any heavier… And it doesn’t light up inside of the liquid anymore.
