Update update. Not even 8months after replacement and again this one burnt out and smokes and smells like fire.... UPDATE: company was awesome and sent me a replacement ! I purchased this for my Salon in June and I opened the salon in July… It is now only October… Three months later, and it won’t blow the steam nearly as good as what it did… It barely trickles out… Upon further investigation, I noticed that when I hit the ozone button, it completely doesn’t even do anything anymore… It lights up, red, but The steam pattern doesn’t change or blow any heavier… And it doesn’t light up inside of the liquid anymore. I loved the results of the steamer until the day it was heating the water up and as soon as the water got hot the cup fell and I had second degree burns on both feet! Soo yeah just use with caution.

Bought this steamer and I used it a couple times a month, I used filtered water and kept the water container off unless in use. The coils began to become discolored pretty quick, and almost a year later, the steamer no longer works. Every time it heats up enough to put out steam, it beeps at me and shuts itself off. It's not due to user error as this thing has a couple quirks that I've figured out already. It simply isn't working anymore. So if you want a decently cheap steamer and only for 6months-a year this is great. ... show more

My girlfriend does locs, so I got this for her shop. She washed and deep conditions with the steamer. Clients noticed they were not so tender headed. Hair was noticeably softer. Great addition to the shop services!! Great investment
