The media could not be loaded. The dispenser is heavy and has a foam in the buttom, so it stays in place while you are cutting the tape. It makes nice sharp cuts, very easily. I thought I was ordering the pink one, because that is the one in the picture (I guess i should had read the description lol), but this green color is not too bad. The tape I'm using has a 3" diameter roll and is 3/4" wide and it fits perfectly. ... show more

My tape dispenser is falling apart. The bottom came off. I kept noticing this chalky substance all over my counter. The bottom came off and there were chunks of a chalky looking substance in blocks under the cover.
