  • Very Dependable
I have 1900 miles on this scooter and had great fun with it without any issues so far except one of the headlights keeps burning out, I think it may be a socket issue where you put the bulb in. I found a valuable vendor for parts for it where I purchased a set of them (VMC) as soon as I find the time I will install them. But anyway this scooter has been great and I highly recommend this seller! ... show more

  • Great scooter, poor customer support
I purchased the scooter and it's great. Comes packed well, but was missing a package of bolts, nuts and fasteners. Poor customer support as they were not willing to provide the missing parts. Shame. I would have bought another if they had supported the first one. Assembly is doable if you are knowledgeable about mechanics. Fun weekend project. Just a shame it was missing parts and they would not provide them. Otherwise I would rate at a 5 star. ... show more

  • Customer service has also been awesome
Shipping was way faster than expected. Fairly simple to assemble but you do need to watch the videos to properly install everything. A physical instruction manual for assembly would be prederable but that's really the only downfall. I love it. Customer service has also been awesome. Every inquiry has been answered promptly. Update: I've lowered to 3 stars and its only still that high bc customer service is awesome, however, this bike has been nothing but a headache and a half. Truly it would probably be just peachy if it weren't for the shipping damage. I expected the dings in the paint here and there, that's not the issue. The headlights don't work for 2 reasons... One of the bulbs obviously got ruined during shipping (you can see the little fuse wires inside the bulb have been knocked out of place) there also seems to be a loose connection in the headlamp bc the indicator switch for the lights was initially working and now it isn't. I'm having trouble finding a mechanic work on it (ill spare you all the details of that magical adventure that now has me literally feeling the hairs on my head turning grey). The mechanic i did bring it to found the front plastic casing is cracked in a bad way. I'll include photos. All i wanted was something to get around on so I'm not waking 8 miles a day to get back and forth from 2 jobs. I'm tired. I just want this thing to work and not have to spend a week and my own money on a mechanic trying get it all fixed. I can understand if I'd actually driven a significant distance on it had for a length of time but paying labor on something I've only driven home on and to work on once bc of rough shipping is not right. ... show more

  • This thing is junk!!!
This thing is junk, it came it it was nice and shiny and everything and then I started having problems. I got this bike on June 19th and never received a title for it until July 27th. It was ridiculous the woman who deals with the titles wouldn't even talk with me, she only sent emails. and when I called customer service all they did was tell me to send emails. FamilyGoKart has terrible customer service. I took 3 pictures of one part that was leaking gas. You can obviously identify the part and how small the hoses coming off from it are. Then i received a different part that has more hoses coming off from it that goes on a different side of the bike then i specified and now its Aug 7th and i still can't ride a bike I bought in June. Ant to send it back because its not worth the savings I have to pay a $300 restocking fee as agreed to in the contract. There are no prompt replies with customer service and apparently no one down there knows how to order parts because the only reply i ever get is oh so and so does this and they won't be in till Monday. well its Friday and I wouldn't mind being able to ride my bike this weekend if someone could communicate with me. When I got the bike there were parts not mounted, Overall I thought I was buying a bike that would need a little general work for the savings, and got a bike that you can't do anything with but work on it. If you want to waste your money and time constantly working on a bike and not riding one then this is the bike for you. If you want to ride and not worry about constantly fixing dumb problems then you should get a different bike just like I plan to do. ... show more

  • Good bang for your buck
Upon arrival contact seller for paperwork or it will never come to you. The shooter rides great I am a 5’3 woman and can touch the ground. This is great for in town commuting to work, and the trunk provides a safe spot for your belongings.
