This water heater as a nice slim design, not taking up too much cabinet space. The unit unit has lots of safety features. It even has one that shuts the power off if it senses a water leak. Comes with a water control valve so you can fine tune the water temperature. Heaters working great so far.

I held off reviewing this until I could be sure, but even after having one of my plumbers look at this heater, we either received a bad one or they just don't heat. Based on my experience with similar heaters in the past, I would lean towards it just being difficult to add much heat to water with a single pass on a 120v heating element, due to the limitations of having enough btus/amps on a 120v 20 amp outlet. ... show more
