The low price is attractive but even for this price, expect to be disappointed. The heat exchanger greatly reduces the water flow. It’s still going to take >15 seconds of running the faucet before you get hot water. You cannot control the water temperature you’ll get.     • On-Demand Tepid Water "Heater"?
Price is great and easy to install, but don't expect "hot" water! I bought this as a temporary solution for my kitchen during a remodel. Had a plumber run temporary waterline and an electrician provide an electrical outlet under the sink. Don't look for a way to turn up the water temperature. It can only be minimally adjusted by limiting the water flow through the unit. At best the water coming out was not cold, but not hot by any means either. We can't wash dishes safely with this water "heater". Well, got to go and heat a pan of water on the stove... Just glad I didn't install it for the shower! Yikes! ... show more
