I love this water bottle, it looks great, has really helpful features (like the grippy base), but it just won't last. After less than 8 weeks of use, the o-ring in the straw top is damaged from the up/down movement of the straw. I read this critique in other reviews before purchase, but I didn't listen, and wish I had. This is not an uncommon issue for users. I was able to apply for a warranty, but they "do not have my color top" to send me, even though it is still being actively sold on their website. They would not engage with other solutions I provided. In summary: I'm very happy with the water bottle, but wish it worked! ... show more
