Excellent pad! I use it on my 5yo Quarter Horse mare, who is built like a tank and has a big belly, with my Simco trail saddle. I don't feel that other padding is necessary. I'm someone who does a lot a research before buying something with the goal of meeting my needs for the least amount of money.

When we received the blanket it was still wrapped in the factory plastic, in a taped shut box. I wrapped it for my daughter and there it sat for a week in a temperature and humidity controlled climate. When she opened it on Christmas we discovered that it was covered in mold. I got light Blue one and have been using it for about 2months now , it is holding up real nice and it fits my long back horse just right, I use it with my Big Horn Cordura saddle square skirt fits nice. For the price it is pretty good!

    • Awesome pad!
This pad is great. My horse really seems to like it and be more comfortable. It’s well made and just enough cushion. Not too stiff and conformed nicely to his back. I would highly recommend this pad to anyone. The purple color is real nice too.
