I love that I could ride with bare back feeling. Super easy to put on. Only used it 3 times before seams started to come undone. Would not recommend. Sorry.

I don't know what draft horse the belly strap was made for, but it is definitely not ready-made a regular horse, so I am unable to immediately test the saddle as I'd hoped. The rest seems extremely nice. The small details in the saddle are wonderful, and seem very well made and secure. I will update once it is usable. Update: after reviewing the limited product photos, I noticed it looked like the straps on the saddle I received were missing the upper holes needed to tighten the girth cinch. I am currently in contact with the seller to rectify the issue, they replied promptly and I am looking forward to a quick resolution. Update 2: the company offered to repair the saddle if needed, if I tried to punch the holes myself first. I bought a hole punch, decided against it after a couple holes, and asked the company if they would punch them as offered. They only offered me a refund. Thankfully, Amazon stepped in and refunded the money so I could get it done. Love the saddle. Company's customer service was extremely disappointing. ... show more

This is actually not too bad, it does have a few problems, mainly with the straps. The saddle part is well made but the nylon straps are cheaper and are made for a very large and fat horse, however I made it work with my 14 HH Morgan gelding. I had to modify the straps a little so it would fit him but it does the job. Don't try to mount using the stirrups, it's not stable enough for that - use a mounting block. The cinch that comes with it is huge, so I had to use a smaller one on my horse. I don't expect to go on really long trail rides with this saddle, but shorter leisurely rides around the pasture or down the dirt road and back. Be mindful of the nylon straps, if they're not cinched down really really good they will slip. Also, the loop on one of the stirrup straps (the little loop that holds down the excess strap) broke but is very easy to "glue" back together with a lighter. Very easy to use and it fits my horse perfectly. I purchased this saddle so I could just jump on at the ranch without have to go full on tack when it’s so hot outside. I do use a thin saddle pad so I can keep this saddle clean as possible. It works excellent with pony rides for the grandkids. Nice looking as well, I bought the black one. ... show more

This product is dangerous, there is no way to cinch it tight enough to not slid. I rode my horse down the road and back part way when the product slid left. The saddle caught my right leg breaking my tibia. I’m going into surgery for repair the break and my knee. My horse is literally the only reason I’m alive, she stopped and stood still as I hung from her neck in an attempt to not break my arms and face in the fall. Unless this product totally changes the cinch and stability do NOT buy this product it is dangerous! ... show more
