Upon opening the device package it revealed a very sleek seemingly well put together device. The bow mount mounted perfectly to my bow. Plugged the device in to charge the battery and proceeded to download the app as per the attached instructions to find out that the app to operate the device is not compatible with the latest additions of iPhone, iOS, or Android. I then proceeded to spend 45 minutes on two separate calls with tech support for them to tell me I needed to either return the device to the retail I purchased it from or trade it for one of their trap cameras that for a point of view, camera serves absolutely no purpose bust the title of this review mostly useless. You know, unless you're very lonely and like to talk to tech support people who were very apologetic for their useless product ... show more

Returning and getting your money back will take upto a month...they definitely took my money the day I bought it, but won't refund my money until 15 days after they recieve it.. Bought it december 12th, returned it January1st, they recieved it January 6th, wont release my money until January 21st...makes no sense.... ... show more
