Bought this for my son, the tablet itself is good quality (not cheap plastic). It is very slow eventhou not many apps are installed. The battery doesnt last, charged at 100% last max 3 hrs. I would give this product zero stars if I could. I bought this tablet for my mom, so she could Skype with friends and family. After reading the reviews of how responsive the tablet was, how great the 1080p video quality was for video calling, as well as seeing all the beautiful and wonderous marketing materials on the product page, I was sold! Perhaps the customer reviews, decent specs, low price, and marketing photos set my expectations too high, but this is by far the worst tablet I've ever purchased. First off, I immediately noticed the audio jack was misaligned with the plastic casing due to poor build quality. To be clear, it wasn't broken, the outer casing wasn't designed correctly, and it would be difficult to insert a headset. The power and volume control buttons were very loose, which is also apparently by design, and I fear they could break quite easily. The touchscreen was very laggy and froze for several seconds while running through the setup. The speakers are actually mounted on the back, which makes hearing video calls difficult, since the sound is traveling away from you. The speakers also had a lot of static and crackled when playing music at only 50% volume. During a test call with my pc on the same network, the video quality was very grainy and laggy, both on the tablet and the pc. Nowhere near the advertised 1080p, more like 240p? All things considered, this was a very poor quality tablet. ... show more

Loved the vivid color on the widescreen. Excellent buy for the price. The battery lasted 4 days before needing to recharge. However, I do not play video games. I had no problems adding additional apps from the play store. Once my wifi password had been added I put my phone next to the tablet, went to bed, when I woke the next morning my tablet had been completely set up with all apps and contacts that were on my android cell phone. Just got this Fri. 11/27/20, Works great right out of the box. came with a full charge, print on setup booklet to small to read, but that"s ok, just fire it up and follow on screen info, connected to our wifi right away and off you go. Battery life appears to be good, played with it for several hours before having to recharge. Bought it for my wife to use in her art studio, she watches a lot of utube video, ect. works perfect. Have not had time to set up phone or gps yet. Bottom Line, pleased with screen and sound quality, so far so good. ... show more

    • Good if you need it's features at a low cost, but don't expect to be blown away with speed
I bought this unit for it's phone capabilities because I wanted to use a cheap sim card data plan and keep it in my car for a semi permanent Tesla like installation, converting my stereo and maps to use this unit. While the unit WORKS, it's just not snappy enough for my expectations. I did side by side tests with my Moto Z2 Play phone, and the loading times on the tablet were 50-100%+ longer than my phone and not acceptable for my usage. I can't count and wait for google maps to load in data street by street... I just need it to pop up. For the price, it's decent if it has what you need for features and can live with some loading times, but If ur a multitasker and time is money, get something that has more raw power. The screen was plenty bright enough, but the resolution and colors looked off and lower quality. Not the best panel, but again, at this price I can understand. Had the unit been quicker I would have been good with it, since I can live with 3g and 2.4ghz wifi, but the processor was just too slow for me. ... show more

I got this for my youngest son. I was a little skeptical at first about purchasing this off brand android table, but after reading all the reviews I decided to go for it and I’m glad I did! It has all the apps my son likes to play on. Awesome for traveling. Definitely get screen protectors and a case if it’s for a little one. Full charge lasts all day. Has good speakers for when watching YouTube. It was so good that I bought it again few months later for my nephew. I highly recommend this tablet ... show more
