I got them on sale for $98 so that was awesome. These rollers are of very good quality, the edges of the rollers stay somewhat cool so you won’t burn your fingers.     • Didn't want to spend this much....but worth it
I tried 4 or 5 less expensive hot rollers for travel. None worked very well. This is the smallest and best. I have fine, blond hair and need the volume. Worth the $.

    • Not the best experience…
The initial set I bought was okay (not worth the price imo given the clips are horrible and leave creases) and two of the rollers wouldn’t get hot because the heating element was defective. I returned the defective set and hoped to reorder and buy a different set of clips by another business. Amazon place the order on November 5th, and I still have no estimated delivery date. It’s November 22nd (and they have received my defective set). I’m not sure who is to “blame” for the delivery issue of the replacement set, but I’ve been less than impressed. ... show more

I absolutely love these rollers and the body and volume they seem to give my hair. I really didn’t think rollers could be that different but when I travel without them I am not happy with how my hair looks.

    • Wish they came in a set with medium and small rollers
I was sorry that I couldn’t keep these. They’re definitely designed for creating smooth volumized hair, as opposed to curls, which just wasn’t what I was looking for. Apparently they don’t make a set with small and medium rollers, which is a shame. I would be willing to spend this kind of money for these if they were the right size. I tend to leave my rollers on the counter, and these are pretty enough that they are not an eyesore. ... show more

    • Some Pros and some Cons
I was very excited to try these rollers, but I had to return them. They did not work well enough for me to justify the price, even though I bought them on sale. Pros: Love the packaging. Easy for travel Heats up fast Good quality rollers - - protective felt Cons: Clips left creases in my hair, no matter how I positioned them. Curlers were hard to keep in place, probably because I was trying the clips in varying positions. The rollers were very hot. Not to the point that I couldn't touch them, but I'd have to move them away from my scalp. Although the packaging is unique and compact, it made it a little difficult for me to easily get the rollers out. Overall, a good product I think, but definitely not worth $100+ to me. I did watch all the videos and try the different recommendations before deciding to return them. ... show more

Well, I didn’t need 1.5 and 1.75 inch rollers because I only have shoulder length hair, so I purchased the smaller T3 rollers on Amazon and it works so well with this modification. I do use the 1.5 inch curlers in the back. Huge difference if you have straight hair that doesn’t curl well, so it does increase the price of the product, but I absolutely love these curlers and I have bought almost every Brand out there, including Drybar, Babyliss, Connair and Ella Bella. I use metal clips for the crown of my hair and that helps but the clips that come with it are fine for the rest. So, a little modification, but they are so gentle on my hair and the curl lasts.     • Not good for short layered hair
My hair is a couple inches past my chin. After having a great "beachy" blowout, I've been on a quest to learn to do it myself. After trying several curling and flatirons that didn't work, I decided to try these hot rollers. First impression, these are very stylish looking and they cost 2x more than the old style hot rollers from the 80's (Conair, Remington, etc) but they work the exact same way. For shorter hair girls, I found the big rollers to be too big to wrap my hair around. So I just used the smaller ones. Had those worked, I would have purchased more of the smaller versions (It would be helpful if you could configure the set to your own needs and not buy rollers you're not going to use). Anyway, it is true that the rollers get really hot and you have to be careful how you handle them. I did not like the clips. They left marks on my hair and it was hard to get them to stay in place. But the main reason I returned them is that my hair did not hold the curl at all. These are probably fine for longer hair, but they did not work for me. ... show more
