We purchased 3 bikes for our kids for Christmas and they were all 3 trash !! 2 of them kept stopping and wouldn’t turn back on, from trying to turn them on the pull starter broke. The third one hasn’t turned off on us (yet) but from trying to start it a second time the starter broke. Customer Service is also trash. They are being very difficult to get us any kind of resolution. They continue to give us ways to try and start up the bike not understanding the pull starters are unattached. We looked at these in person at a dealer and loved them but they only had the smaller size. Found this and ordered it on a Monday and had it by Thursday! Fit my 8 year old perfect! Perfect size and we had it ready to go within a hour!

My son received this for Christmas and it will not run properly. It revs extremely loud and then won’t move forward. Sparks and smoke shot out from the bike. It states we cannot return, so we are out several hundred dollars and have a very sad child. Do not buy!

Came perfectly packaged and went together easily. Started right up with one pull even after UPS delivered it and laid it on its side. ( it comes with oil in it hence why it needs to be upright ). Our son just flew around the backyard on it having the time of his life !
