Screen failed at 6 months. Not sure what happened. Customer Service was prompt with a full replacement offer within 24 hours. Great service response. TV enclosure is well built. Recommend highest NIT rated products if you TV is in the sun at all.

this is not a Smart TV because you can't download your streaming service. They have Youtube installed but not YouTubeTV. So i guess I have to add a firestick but wait - to do that I have to take the TV down and open the back compartment. Not sure how this is going to work. What a mess. The only thing good about this TV was the price, video is 1080 P at best, remote functions are very poor engineering, and you need to use external speakers with this TV. The audio is very poor to say the least.

Overall, we’re happy with the TV. Apparently this brand doesn’t communicate well with Amazon Firestick. Hopefully that will be resolved in the future
