I did a lot of research before buying an outdoor TV and despite the good reviews everywhere, I was still skeptical about buying a brand I hadn’t heard of before. Believe the good reviews, this TV is great! Very bright and easy to see even in sunlight, very little glare/reflection, and extremely sturdy construction. The setup was easy; all the streaming service apps are included, it connected right away to WiFi and our outdoor Bluetooth speaker, and the picture quality is great. Very happy and would definitely buy Sylvox again! UPDATE: we had a very minor issue come up and the company went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make it right for us. The amazing reviews about their customer service were what gave me the confidence in buying from this company and I made the right decision. Good value. Comparable TVs are much more expensive. Good 4K picture. Android-based apps were easy to use, pretty fast to open. Wi-Fi capability was key for easy streaming. We bought our TV in March for an indoor pool room. There is a lot of moisture and humidity in this room, and this TV holds up well under the conditions. We had some issues with one remote, and contacted customer service. They were very prompt and taking care of it and sending as a new one.
