This TV is unbelievably frustrating. Only apps are the built-in ones and screencast is not available for iPhone. Remote “kinda” works if you have the exact right angle and I swear 85% of the buttons on the remote don’t even function. I bought this TV and then had to wait a while on contractors to be available to install. Spend the money if you only watch Netflix or Prime. No YoutubeTV even!! It does seem like its weatherproof and the sound and picture seem quality for outdoor TV. ... show more

Brought it in for the winter, when we took it back outside it had a line through the screen. We contacted Sylvox and were completely satisfied with the customer service. Within a week they shipped us a new TV and took the old one back. We definitely recommend this tv. Thank you Leah for the great customer service.
