These work quite well. Do note that the pins for these are significantly smaller than the holes in a standard rack. it feels weird to setup, but they have held up well for me doing weighted dips for ~8 months and going strong.

The media could not be loaded. These are awesome! They instantly upgrade my home gym rack. We use them for dips and I also attach my inertia wave bands and battle ropes to these. They are solid. I also love the design that lets you use them with any 2"x 2" rack since the pin and lock works with any size hole in the rack. I have the odd 5/8" hole. It works perfectly. My only complaint is that they don't come with cotter pins to lock it in. It has the holes to do so. It does stay in place without them. But I like the added safety feature with them in. They are only a couple of bucks. I recommend picking some up. But they should include these. ... show more

I bought these for a 3x3 Fitness Gear rack with 1.125" front holes and none from the sides. It's the only set of dip bars with a four-sided design that isn't sensitive to the pin size. The pin can be swimming in the rack hole, but it only affects Z-axis, so that doesn't matter. CSBH - Fine for a rack with 1" holes, but would have tilted down on mine Seleware - Same, for 5/8" Mikolo - Same They're stiffer and stronger than than dip bars that came with my rack, though I'd prefer if the inner grips were slightly closer together. ... show more

Received the dip bar attachments quickly and used them for a couple workouts in my garage gym. The dip bar attachment fit my Titan T2 rack perfectly. The box arrived and there were no written instructions but it was intuitive on how to set up the product. There is a metal plate that goes through one end of the dip bars and held in place on the rack by a metal pin. When I took off the dip bars, I slid the pins through the metal plate to keep the attachment together for storage but one of the metal holes on one of the dip bars were too small and the pin did not fit. That minor issue has no effect on using the dip bars for exercise. The metal bars have hard plastic over the handle and it seems durable. The plastic is not slippery but I think a rubber or neoprene type material would improve the handles. One of the handles barely shifted when I aggressively repped out dips but it still felt solid. I was told that the dip bars could handle up to 400lbs and I feel like they could. Overall, a really good product that I am pleased with. Dips are a really good exercise and something I was missing from my garage gym and now this product will really help with that. ... show more

Its a dip bar alright. It hasn't broken or bent or made any weird sounds. I'm 190 lbs. I do wish the grips were slightly rubberized but thats fine, just know that they're hard plastic.

This thing came quick, was easy to set up and works great. I have a 3x3 cage with 1" holes and all the other dip attachments are in the $100-150 range, this one was cheaper and can be placed on other 3x3s with different sized holes. Was definitely worth it.
