The boots didn't fit. One was bigger than the other. They weren't the right color. And I'm still waiting on a refund. They received those boots back over a month ago. There's literally no good reason for them to be taking this long. They changed my refund time from Oct 12th to now it's the end of this month. So for everyone that buys off Amazon, pray you don't have to return it cause it'll be months before you see your money back. Not happy right now and thinking I need to find somewhere to buy from cause this is unacceptable ... show more

The overall look of boots was nice, but the straps appear somewhat sloppy/floppy. They also run small and QUITE narrow. My 11 year old daughter who has a narrow foot said the width was good for her, but because they're so stiff they felt really small. Unfortunately these will be returned.

I searched for boots on Amazon for weeks and finally settled on these because I just absolutely love them! They are EVERYTHING!!! Soooo cute!!!! They arrived a day early even which I was SO EXCITED about!! But once I opened them and tried the right boot on.. I was abruptly shocked to see that the strap that crisscrosses in the back was about 30% too big for the boot!! So, I took the other one out, the left boot - PERFECTLY FINE. So, me being me, I was determined to make them work and I started moving the strap on the right boot around to see if maybe I could finagle it to look like the other side. After almost an hour and a half I finally gave up. There was NOTHING I could do to get it to look like the other boot. I am so upset!!!!! They're super comfortable, definitely snug, narrow through the foot and calf and the straps are FOR SHOW ONLY they do not adjust the width of the boot any so if you're looking for a boot for a wider calf that you can adjust the back to.. these are not for you! The left boot... looks incredible! The right one... well the pictures speak for themselves. These are also not warm boots.. and they're very lightweight and have no grip on the soles of them so if you live somewhere that turns white and icy for 5 monthes outta the year like I do, these are not going to be good boots to wear anywhere but inside and carpet will be your friend with them more than a slippery glassy floor will be! I'm so upset I was really looking forward to wearing these and I was about to order them in black too!! But I just don't trust that ordering another pair will give me a better outcome at this point. So, the search continues for a pair of cute and wearable fall boots... hopefully if you choose to order them you don't end up like me :( returning them the day after getting them after waiting 6 days for them to arrive.
