I've had this cdu for almost 2 weeks and I love it. It was very easy to connect and use out of the box. Its so nice being able to input a flight plan without having to use a mouse and scroll over the letter to click on. If you are using the PMDG 737. Was excited to get this CDU to add to my MSFS setup. Followed the instructions to download the bridge software (painfully slow) and configure the unit for MSFS. The device would not power up, turn on, or show any signs of life right out of the box. I tried several different USB C cables, a different desktop, and my mobile gaming laptop. Nothing.
