So I started a new business recently, and I needed a coffee machine for our employee break room. I came across this model here and with the three pots, it will be more than enough to satisfy our need. I just brewed a pot of coffee to test it out and it seems to work fine. It is definitely a big unit and it looks pretty with the stainless steel. I love how it has the three burners. It is very ideal for many people. It has a multi stream spray to ensure an even brewing allowing a good quality coffee. The burner seems to stay hot keeping the coffee at ideal temperature. It’s not really that loud just the typical brewing noise of a coffee machine. As far as durability, we will have to see how this thing holds up. It seems to be built solid, and I didn’t notice any kind of leaking or such. I will update my review in sometime when I can see if this thing holds up for long-term. ... show more

    • Disappointing & Unreliable – Not Worth the Hype!

The SYBO 12-Cup Commercial Coffee Maker has been a major disappointment, and I regret purchasing it. Despite its commercial-grade promises, it falls short in multiple ways. Slow Brewing & Inconsistent Performance One of the biggest letdowns is how inconsistent the brewing speed is. Sometimes it takes forever to finish a pot, and other times it rushes through, resulting in weak, under-extracted coffee. For something marketed as “fast,” this machine is anything but reliable. Unreliable Warmers The three warmers seem like a great feature, but in reality, they barely keep the coffee at an optimal temperature. Either the coffee burns quickly, or it turns lukewarm in no time. The glass decanters also feel fragile and not suited for heavy use. Cheap Build Quality Despite the stainless steel exterior, the overall build quality feels flimsy. The machine is bulkier than expected, and the lack of proper plumbing means constant refilling, which becomes tedious. Cleaning it is also more of a hassle than it should be. Final Verdict This coffee maker is far from the high-performance machine it claims to be. The brewing is inconsistent, the warmers don’t work well, and the overall quality is underwhelming. I bought this as a donation to our church when our old one broke. We needed a good model, because we host 17 AA group throughout the week in addition to church services. I bought this at the beginning of January and three months later it is still going strong and brewing great coffee. I think it’s a good value for the money and we haven’t had any leakage. I can’t speak about the cleaning at all because I’ve never cleaned it, but I can say the size is slightly smaller in footprint on the countertop.     • NOT EVEN 3 MONTHS AND IT STOPPED WORKING!!!!!

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this coffee maker late November 2024 and started using it day of December. Sadly, it only worked properly for 3 months before it started leaking. After doing the fixes recommended here for leaking problems it did work well for a few days afterwards and then its like the problems just started getting worse, not only did it start leaking again but also it just stopped preparing or even warming the coffee properly. Tried the fixes for that and they did not make work at all. So basically i only got 3 good months of use out of it and 1 month just struggling with it. And of course, the Amazon returned period just expired a couple of days before i finally decided to return it. I contacted Sybo through email since i haven’t been able to speak to anyone on the phone, so hopefully they’ll reach out ASAP and make things right. Will gladly positively update this review if Sybo steps up to plate and replaces my unit. ... show more
