Good looking chair for the price, easy assembly, love all the features. My only issues is the leg rest is impossible to push back in place while sitting . I have strong legs and it will Not lock back in place while sitting . I have to get out of the chair in recline mode. Thank God I am still mobile! This recliner is good quality for the price. Easy to put together as I did it by myself. I bought this recliner for my husband for Father’s Day. He is 6’2” and 225 pounds, and fits very comfortably in this chair. Sturdy, as it tolerates my kids jumping all over it.

After getting the recliner assembled it is very enjoyable. It is not the most luxurious, but great for the price. For reference, I am 6’0 and about 170lbs. I fit comfortably and there is plenty of space on the sides to fill it out. The top of my head is even with the top of the recliner backing so I need a pillow for neck support when sitting straight up, but when lying down in the reclined position it is perfect as is. Unfortunately, mine came with a misassembled bracket on the left arm, so there was some DIY on my end. I had to replace the bracket (not mentioned in the instructions manual). Instructions were slightly unclear because only one of the four arm rest bars were labelled, and it was labelled incorrectly. Once that was figured out using the pictures (gray being left and black being right), it was tough to get the cover over the arm rests. It is a very tight fit and puts a lot of stress on the zippers. Hopefully the zippers will be fine over time and won’t need to be reopened, but they are very flimsy and one of the zippers broke while trying to zip the cover over the arm bars. Once I finally managed to assemble the arm rests, I was unable to attach the left arm to the recliner base. The latch on the left arm rest was the wrong one. I used Amazon’s photo search to find a similar object and I ended up purchasing a set for about $23 and replacing all of them to match. Link to the product I used here: https://a.co/d/0iwwDXJo Other than assembly the chair is great. It is comfortable, the heating and vibration is nice. I only have three small issues with the quality of the chair itself. One is that the cup holders do not fit snug, they poke out, but they do look better if weighed down by something like a heavy water bottle. My second issue is the arm rests are very low for me - they sit level with the base and there are pillows with zippers to attach to the arm rest bottoms. The last small nitpick is that the controller for the massage feature has no memory. When you turn on the vibration it always starts at mode “M4” with “medium” intensity at “10” minutes. It would be nice if it could save the last used settings when turned on and off. I do like how there is a setting to specify a part for the massage. As for the support. Since I was unable to connect the left arm rest (due to a wrong latch on the arm bars), I contacted Amazon support the day the chair arrived June 10th. Amazon support informed me that the seller (Difuy) uses Amazon as a middleman, so support for the product goes through Amazon. Lawrence A. was friendly, I told him the specific latch issue and that I just needed one of them sent to fix the chair. He asked me the details about the part and said he will inform the seller, and that I would get an email no later than 72 hours afterwards for more information on the part and getting a replacement. I then got an email on a survey for the support and gave a good review. Unfortunately I was never contacted by the seller for a replacement part. Over twenty days later on July 2nd (today), I received an email from Veronica at Amazon CSBA Specialist Team saying “it was a pleasure to talk to you today.” However, I have never spoken with this person. They were just asking for the part number of the missing part according to the manual, so that they can send out a replacement.
