The chair is incredibly comfortable, neither too firm nor too soft, just perfect for me. The leather feels smooth and soft to the touch. I bought it for the nursery, and I think it will be easier to clean compared to upholstered chairs. The recliner feature works perfectly, it lifts your feet first, then your back, so you can easily adjust your position. I love that it comes with a pillow for back support, which adds to the comfort. The chair is electric, and it has handy pockets on the sides. It also rocks back and forth and rotates. Assembly was a breeze, it only took me about 5 minutes. The color is true to the picture, I got the light grey. I was initially hesitant because of the few reviews, but I’m really happy with this purchase.
