So this is a bit of a mixed bag.... Let's get the positives out of the way. The System Case - This is frankly my favorite part of the set. It feels very high quality. Decent thickness. The detail of the leaves for the pull tag on the zipper is cute. The pocket is big enough to hold the game case and the stand. Can also fit tiny accessories in there like joy stick caps. I somehow did not realize there is extra storage in the case for games. So if you run out of room in the game case the system case has more pockets. Resulting in this set in general coming with a total 22 places to keep loose games. The only downside is that if you are bringing the game case and the stand along there is no room in that extra pouch to put a charging cable (unless it is one that does not have the adaptor attached). The System Backplate - Again, feels high quality. Make no mistake though this is not for protecting your switch. It is strictly for decorative purposes. That being said the graphic is actually part of the plastic and not just printed on tol of it. So you aren't gonna have to worry about it rubbing off. Very cute and I love having it on my system. It snapped on easy bit is not loose and won't come off unless you really want it to. The only negative was that I had it on my switch for just a few days before the power button cover snapped off. Doesn't hinder the use of my switch though. The Stand - This feels a bit less sturdy than the other stuff discussed so far. That doesn't make it bad though. It still does the job and does it well. Having the Stand is great because you can set it on your desk or table and play without having to look straight down and strain your neck. It's very cute. I will say though that I don't know how to describe the graphic. It's not slapped on there so I don't thiiiiink it will rub off but it doesn't seem like it is quite as part of the plastic as the graphic on the back plate. The Game Case - My second favorite thing in the set! It holds 12 games, is very sturdy, soft rubber on the inside making it easy to remove games, and is just so cute. The leaves on the front are not printed on. They are 3D. So the leaves aren't going anywhere. My only nit pick about it is the clasp seems a bit cheap, but it still seems to snap close securely. The Keychain - Last purely positive thing. The acrylic keychain is adorable. For as much as I loath Tom Nook, the keychain is cute and in a delightful accident matches well with my backpack. The graphic is inside the acrylic it seems and there is a protective layer of plastic on both sides of the keychain that I have decided to leave on so far. Now we move on to the one "iffy" thing. The Joycon Covers - I do not have a picture of these on my joy cons as I removed them almost immediately after putting them on and have not put them back on. Nothing about the quality. They are very sturdy. The front plates of the covers seem very thin and flimsy but once every is attached they are secure. The printing of the graphics is the same as the backplate. The reason I removed them and won't use them is because once they are on they are VERY hard to take off and sadly if you have these on you can't use any accessories on your switch like the grips you can snap your whole switch into or the grips where you slide your joycons into a grip that turns them into a regular controller. So sadly I must give up the cuteness in the name of comfort. If you have extra joycons though this shouldn't be an issue. You can have these on one pair when not using grips and have one without the covers to use with grips. So while these could still be great for someone else, for me they are useless. Lastly.... the bad.... The Thumbstick Covers - I hate these things. They are so cute but they are impossible to keep on. They fall off regularly and I recently lost one. Have just kinda given up on keeping them on my switch. It almost feels like they are harder to put on than to take off. ... show more
