I originally bought this controller to play on my 2019 HAC-001(-01) model Nintendo Switch, and it works VERY well! This is far more comfortable than the Joy Cons, in my large hands. My partner has smaller hands, but also still prefers this controller. The button layout is far more comfortable, and the turbo feature comes in handy from time to time. The button presses are precise and satisfying, and not too loud. The analog sticks are WAY more precise than the Joy Con sticks. The only thing I noticed was that the motion features aren't as precise and the vibration isn't as detailed (there aren't as many levels of vibration it seems). Still, I GREATLY prefer this controller over the OEM Joy Con controllers in most instances. On the PC it works very well, once you finally get the OS to recognize and connect to it (Windows 10 was easier than Window 11 and Ubuntu). It was also very easy to connect to my Chromebook. There's no default app for mapping, so - hopefully - whatever you're playing can remap the buttons. Battery life has been good (I disabled all the RBG lights), and it's reasonably rugged for a controller under $30. ... show more

Does exactly what it says it does. It's much lighter than a switch pro controller, and I really like all the customizable light up options. Feels really natural in my hands, and so far connects seamlessly with my PC and my switch. Just a note, you need to press and hold the home button to turn it on, unlike the regular pro controller where you just click it. ... show more

    • Right Analog Stick drifts
The media could not be loaded. This is a fantastic controller for the price, it’s very well made and is a great substitute for the pro controller if you don’t wanna spend the extra for that. CONS: The right stick drifted for me but completely stopped after I had reconnected it. Light on the sticks are way too bright but you can turn them off. It takes a while to connect to the console compared to official controllers. All and all I am satisfied with this and it also connects to the PC which is a plus! ... show more

This is a legit controller for your switch if you are not comfortable with the joy controllers. Light weight long lasting charge and cool feature with the lights that can change colors, the vibration adjustment, and the turbo trigger configuration. Definitely great for novice to casual gamer.

This is an amazing controller, it works on my switch flawlessly, the buttons feel great gyro is nice. The battery life is also pretty good been using it for a while now and I only charge it a few times. Switching to other device is super easy with the click of a button and same for the turbo feature. These controllers are perfect for use with the Nintendo Switch and at a fraction of the price of the brand name controllers. The variable LED is kind of cool and I love that the battery is internal so you simply charge the controller itself vs having to keep a bunch of AAAs lying around.     • Disappointment
I actually wanted to like this controller. It's comfortable. Has a decent weight that's somewhere between an Xbox controller and the Wii-switch joycon controller in terms of weight. I do actually love the glowing effect. It's bright and you have options! However... that's the limit of how much praise I can currently give the controller. There left control stick of the controller I received lists to the left. Relatively hard in fact. Making games that require aiming very frustrating. Additionally, the buttons would at times have the controller make inputs on its own. Which again, for competitive play, is the least of the things you want to worry about. I'm returning this current one and getting a replacement. Hopefully, with the second one, it'll work as advertised and I'll certainly make an update to this review. 1/17/23 --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Update 2/5/23 Gave it time to really see if the issue can replicate, and sadly it still does. It doesn't drift as much as the past one, but it still drifts during gameplay. The back buttons, at least with the ones I received, did not program to the inputs and at times can create button inputs that you don't intend. Very troubling when playing in competitive fighting games. I love the aesthetic of the controller. I love the weight. But the primary function of the controller is poor from my experience. When requesting help from support, I received one response providing a canned answer, then nothing. I can't say I would suggest this controller to anyone playing anything more than a casual game.
