I returned this solely for 2 reasons, the awkward size and having to remove stuff to get to the bottom and because Swig Life doesn't honor their warranty for items purchased on Amazon. I bought this to take on the boat or to outdoor BYOB concerts. We were able to fit 3 small ice packs, 4 Trulys and 4 beers roughly. Our drinks stayed cold all night. The backpack did not feel heavy or bulky. Really pleased with this purchase!
