first i feel bad for people that had problems mine was perfect. i read reviews talking about the tires being cheap not correct they are small and skinny but are decent. people talked about the chain sure not the best in the world but i'm sure it will hold up for a couple years if treated right. people that had it changed saying it was noisy I bet the chain wasn't noisy the gears might have needed adjusted, if you took it to a bike shop yes they will tell you to replace the chain so they can make money off of you.mine came with a book showing how to take care of everything i put a couple pics of brake adjustment and gear adjustment, i did adjust my front brake just to fine tune it.people need to understand they are buying a bike for street riding (not a bmx) my first ride i got 26 miles out of the battery 18 miles in no.2 setting and 8 miles in no.3 power setting. this bike is way better than i expected for the price i got it for and could not be happier. I am 56 years old 6 feet tall and 188lbs. and i feel very comfortable on this bike. the only thing that would be better would be a little higher gearing because in the third power you have to pedal pretty fast to keep up with the motor. I just ordered the swifty at656 so look for my review on it in about a week when it arrives. ... show more

The bike is a beautiful magenta (deep pink) and not red...but it didn't really look red in the picture. The first one I received, the motor would not shift into 0, or 1, it would go straight to 2 but not kick in until you got it up to a certain speed--which was hard and not enjoyable. I sent it back and decided to try a replacement, and I'm glad I did. The 2nd bike came and worked perfect out of the box. I could feel the assist at each power level and it made the pedaling leisurely and enjoyable. When it kicks into 2 you really feel the power and speed. I doubt I'll ever ride it in the power 3 mode! The downside is that you do have to pedal to keep the motor engaged, but this means you get more leisurely exercise as opposed to being able to power it completely with the electricity. The upside is it is really a pretty and attractive bike. It is easy to assemble, and easy to fold/unfold. It will fit into the back of my SUV for easy transport to the park or the beach. Comparable bikes are easily 2 to 3 times more expensive. If you want a foldable bike that will travel easily with you, and you don't want to spend $800, $1000, or $1200 for more power without needing to pedal, this is the bike for you. Good bike for the price but be careful the pedals will come off while riding. And trying to find replacement is hard and expensive. Don't bother the warranty will cover parts that will take forever to receive.

I have only been able to ride this once in the last month I have owned it. It beautiful and folds very nicely but there seems to be a power shortage. I charge it fully can see a full battery on it. The battery is nearly impossible to pull out and then no power. Hoping for help with a resolution.

Box arrived without any damage, bike was pretty much ready to go when arrived. No marks. Had to put on seat and adjust height. Pedals fold(which I love), handlebars fold down to the front right side of bike. Bike folds in middle. My biggest complaint would be the weight. I guess I didn’t pay attention during purchase. It’s a tad heavy to pick up and get in my vehicle (sm suv). Battery comes w/key to lock. It’s been very good. It has a good seat but I did buy a cruising seat for better comfort. I really have no major complaints. And yes, the bike is more magenta meets some red. No big deal for me. Over all, good bike 👍👍 ... show more
