    • Truly Great Mattress
When my wife and I got married, we needed to get a bigger mattress because we had both been sleeping on single mattresses before. I really wanted to find one that was fairly soft. That’s kind of a tall order since most mattresses seem to make a selling point out of being extra firm. I was also intrigued by the possibility of buying online and not having to get scammed at a big mattress store. Finally, I read that many mattresses can have a fiberglass lining hidden behind a zipper that you’re actually never supposed to unzip. But if you do unzip it, it can spread glass fibers all over, making people itch and potentially damaging eyes, lungs, and other sensitive areas. So I definitely wanted to avoid that. Here’s where Sweetnight comes in. After doing a lot of research, I finally came across a mattress that is reasonably priced, advertises softness instead of firmness, doesn’t have a fiberglass lining (or a zipper, either), and had good reviews. I decided to pull the trigger. It arrived promptly. The box was a bit torn, and it was noticeably heavy, but the mattress inside was undamaged, and I was able to get it in position without too much trouble. We gave it the recommended three days to fully expand before sleeping on it, but when we did the experience was heavenly. It is wonderfully soft, but still supportive (I am not a small person so support is important). There was some morning stiffness as our bodies adjusted to the new mattress (which is why mattress companies usually offer such long trial periods), but after that it has been nothing but great. Another thing worth mentioning is that it has the perfect amount of edge support. It has been over 2 years since then. I intentionally waited to write my review because the most helpful reviews are always the ones written with lots of experience. The mattress is just as comfortable as it was at first. I turn it every six months or so, and there has been no noticeable indenting, sinking, or degrading. I can’t recommend this mattress highly enough.     • Get this mattress!
I love this mattress! It is great. I sleep amazingly on it. Had to purchase a new mattress to move out of my old apartment and I’ve never slept better. Was very skeptical, but it really has worked out. It is a good size (queen). No smell. Soft but firm enough (for me). Easy to install. I also had to keep it in the box for about 2-3 weeks while I moved and slept on it the day I opened it and it was absolutely fine. I was surprised pleasantly. I am a big fan of this product for the price, the quality is incredible. Great sleep, amazingly comfortable and just very nice. Takes 2 people to carry the box anywhere if you need to move it, but the give you a letter opener which opens the mattress up easy peasy and you can do that on your own. ... show more

    • Plush but lacking edge support
First couple of days review. Purchased this to replace a 3.5 year old ("Sad-Story") mattress that started sagging close to the edges on both sides, contacting the manufacturer several times was fruitless and frustrating plus Amazon won't allow me to write a poor review...Meh. I have to assume that purchasing a price compatible object post pandemic will result in lower quality overall and regardless of "list pricing/discount" this appears to be so. Watching several tube videos illustrating the construction process it becomes difficult to justify spending thousands on a premium mattress with mediocre reviews limited to the same height. The mattress inflated fully within hours however we didn't put it on the frame for 5 days, it rested flat on a floor for that time. This mattress lacks edge support with only a thin layer of fabric on the sides touching the coils, so getting in and out of the bed collapses the side considerably, don't know if this should be a concern about potential issues, just very noticable. It is truly a plush feel, ideal for a side sleeper providing the needed support without feeling one is sinking down into an inescapable abyss. The plush top is nice and comfortable no odor or harshness at all, feels good with just a cotton sheet on it to the touch. The bottom would benefit with more coil support it seems to give a bit much, why am I looking up under the bed you say? Just checking. I will update this as time passes with how it is holding up (we aren't big people). ... show more

    • Everything I expected and more
Ive been sleeping on an air mattress for 3 months. When the matress in the box arrived, I was like woah, this thing is heavy. Hardest part is getting on top of your frame if you have one. After unrolling the mattress, it begins to decompress and air up pretty quickly. This is my first time purchasing a matress in a box so it was amazing to see. Upon feeling the fabric on top the mattress, I knew this was a quality top fabric and so soft and comfy. Ok so now the actual review. The first night of sleeping on the 12 inch hybrid mattress, I woke up with much relief. My back pain was lessened by 50%. It was very comfy and somewhat firm and soft at the same time. I actually slept without any complains. The movement isolator of the mattress sprimgs which you can't even feel allow me to get up without transfering movement to the side of the bed my girlfriend sleeps on. This is a plus as sometimes I get up in the middle of the night to use the restroom, so it doesn't wake her. The memory foam is adaptive so it adjusts to your body, letting you sleep in any comfortable position. The second night of sleeping on it I hardly wanted to get up of how comfortable I slept, my lower back pain had been reduced again for the second time a d woke up feeling significantly better from that. My day went better as the usual pain was lessened to the point wher I could function better without feeling that uncomfortable back pain I had a lot of for 3 months. So in all I recommend buying the saferest waterproof matress protector for it of course, and after all that I see that The price was fair for a mattress of this caliber. It's worth every penny I paid for and then some. You won't be disappointed. Just make sure you get the size thays right for you and that's it because once you have it, you may not even want to get another matress for a very long time. 10 year warranty completes the deal. ... show more
