I was very impressed upon receiving this toy! Here's my breakdown of the various characteristics: What I loved: - Stylish packaging with quality accessories. Both the USB charger and the small drawstring pouch were sturdy and attractive, and the box was beautiful as well. Padding helped secure the toy and prevent and shipping damage. - The toy itself feels luxury, with an attractive, soft silicon in a vibrant color. It feels weighty and svelte in the palm of one's hand, and the on/off instructions were clear and easy to navigate. - The vibrations were very powerful! On the highest setting, it easily rivaled the $80+ vibrators I have previously owned. I have only felt more powerful vibrations from large, unwieldy want-style massagers. - Quiet and discreet. The design is artsy enough that a passing glance would not give the nature of this toy away, and the sound is subtle, especially when used under the covers. Drawbacks: - The shape of the vibrator didn't work very well with my anatomy. In the interest of modesty, I will not go into detail. I did not anticipate the problems I had, and I don't fault the vibrator for them. Not every toy is a perfect match for every body- simple as that. With only one complaint, and that being no fault of the manufacturer, I do feel this is a quality product and deserves five stars. I would recommend it to anyone interested in a high-power, buzzy, pleasurable experience. I do think that a potential buyer should consider their own anatomy, given that the majority of the vibrations are concentrated in the "ears." So I'll say right off the bat, this product was not for ME - I could tell right out of the box that it does not have the rumbly type of vibrations I personally need (especially now with the meds I'm on). **BUT** the toy itself is really great quality! It feels very similar in texture and quality to other pricier vibes I've had - soft and velvety and sturdy. It's also super quiet, which is what drew me to this item. I can't say the decibel level, but it is about as quiet as my Lelo lily 2 was when I first got it, so very quiet! I can't attest to longevity or anything like that obviously, but I can tell it would definitely be worth the price. If you aren't someone who needs super strong rumbly vibrations, this would be a great sleek toy for you. The shape is quite intriguing Another reason for 5 stars is the customer service! I was super bummed when I realized I wouldn't really be able to use this toy I just spent money on; and I knew that even unused, it was now about as useful to me as a paperweight since I had opened it. I went out on a limb to see if there was anyway to exchange it or get credit for another toy or SOMETHING, and not only did the company take care of me, but they legit got back to me within minutes... Like, I was still sitting scrolling on my phone and *ding* there's my email from them! Never had a company get back to me so quickly and with such great assistance. Great customer support, I will be a lifelong customer! I returned to review this item 1.5 years later when I had to redeem a lifetime warranty on the product. They responded to my email at midnight, and the item was shipped the next day. VERY fair price for the high quality item, honestly I never ran into any issues. The Pixie specifically is easy to use with couples play due to the smaller size. Charge lasts through multiple uses. Very easy to clean and never underwent any deterioration over the last year and a half. The noise level is not of particular concern to me having my own place, if you were trying to be discrete you might be able to cover the noise with music or the shower. And last but not least, this is a great product to achieve orgasm. I am a fan! Keep it up Sweet Vibrations. I am excited to see what you all come up with next. ... show more

This toy just really did nothing for me. It's too buzzy for me. I just feel frustrated after using this. Never got anywhere with it. It's a shame because it is very aesthetically pleasing and feels good in my hand. Not on my body though. The company is dishonest. Their website claims to have a lifetime satisfaction guarantee and to replace any toy that doesn't work out. They refused to honor their own policy and said that their own website is wrong. Nice but not for me.. I think this isn't a match for plus size girls.. It does everything it says it does.. great toy just not plus size friendly in my opinion.. however the customer service WOW. They are just outstanding! They want to make sure you are happy! I highly recommend this company!!
