It also holds onto the sweat tho, I tried patting it down with a paper towel but that doesn’t really work, so I leave it to Dry but still feel the wetness sometime the next day, idk how often to wash but I’ll use it for a few days and then wash. I've been using the “Sweet Sweat” for a few weeks now, and I'm impressed with the results. The product really makes a difference in targeting stubborn belly fat during my workouts. I've noticed increased sweating around my midsection, which I interpret as the product doing its job in helping to shed excess water weight and burn fat. Combined with Calorie deficit and 2 hour exercise + Pilates; -15 Minutes of Jogging at 4.9 speed -5 minutes of 12 Incline at 3.0 Speed -Colories burned 800-1000 a day -Criss Cross Arms|10x20 -Bent Elbow Shoulder Cricles|10x20 -Overhead Shoulder Press|10x20 -Wall Push-Ups|10x10 -Shoulder Rolls|10x20 -Arm Circles/Small |10x20 -Hip Thrusts|10x20 (This is shi GROWS ass) -Leg Kicks|10x20 (Loosing A LOT of thigh fat) -High/Low Plank| 1-5 Minutes -Cobra Pose/Head to Ceiling 1-5 Minutes I've seen noticeable improvements in my stomach area. If you’ve got a belly and frustrated with sweat belts that roll up or down then when taken off, the belt flipping stays rolled and crinkled, THIS belt is for you! I’ve got a belly (obviously working out and need the belt to try and get rid of it) and I went through 3 other brands of sweat belts and all of them did the same thing, rolled up badly, wouldn’t stay in place, and once worn, the belt was permanently crinkled with no hope of straightening out. THIS belt is AWESOME! While it still does roll up a little during workouts, and that’s because I have a belly, it doesn’t stay crinkled and ruined! It’s perfect! The only con is my fault. I ordered off their size chart but the band was too big for me. And due to it it causes a gap at the top and I have to over wrap it to fit. Should have exchanged but oh well lol. But it does work! Does it make you lose weight. No! Come on. Don’t believe that. But I use it because I like how it supports my core and lower back when I work out and keep my lower back nice and warm during workouts and also my core tight. And yes it’s always sweaty but if you sweat normally during a workout you would sweat there regardless. ... show more

I thought it was all the hype, but trust me it’s worth you buying. I was a bit skeptical at first thinking it’ll take awhile to sweat but turns out after using it for my forst 15 mins I was already sweating without the gel. I’m 5’5 190 lbs I bought the large. I used to buy waist trimmers at Big 5 because it was the closest place that dealt with workout products. Their waist trimmers are super smaller compared to these Sweet Sweat Waist Trimmers. Had I known then about these trimmers, I could have saved a ton of money. Plus it doesn't feel so tight around the gut like the ones in BIG 5 usually felt tight because the velcro was further inwards than these are a little outwards. ... show more

Love this band! I was nervous that it wasn’t going to fit right or just not work in general, and I’m so glad I purchased! I almost wish I had sized down (got a L, should have ordered a M) because it wraps around farther than you think. I spend about an hour a day at the gym and this has me working up a sweat before I even leave my house. No smell before/after and very comfy - pull a little tighter when you wrap and it’s perfect.
