If you’ve got a belly and frustrated with sweat belts that roll up or down then when taken off, the belt flipping stays rolled and crinkled, THIS belt is for you! I’ve got a belly (obviously working out and need the belt to try and get rid of it) and I went through 3 other brands of sweat belts and all of them did the same thing, rolled up badly, wouldn’t stay in place, and once worn, the belt was permanently crinkled with no hope of straightening out. THIS belt is AWESOME! While it still does roll up a little during workouts, and that’s because I have a belly, it doesn’t stay crinkled and ruined! It’s perfect! I've been using the “Sweet Sweat” for a few weeks now, and I'm impressed with the results. The product really makes a difference in targeting stubborn belly fat during my workouts. I've noticed increased sweating around my midsection, which I interpret as the product doing its job in helping to shed excess water weight and burn fat. Combined with Calorie deficit and 2 hour exercise + Pilates; -15 Minutes of Jogging at 4.9 speed -5 minutes of 12 Incline at 3.0 Speed -Colories burned 800-1000 a day -Criss Cross Arms|10x20 -Bent Elbow Shoulder Cricles|10x20 -Overhead Shoulder Press|10x20 -Wall Push-Ups|10x10 -Shoulder Rolls|10x20 -Arm Circles/Small |10x20 -Hip Thrusts|10x20 (This is shi GROWS ass) -Leg Kicks|10x20 (Loosing A LOT of thigh fat) -High/Low Plank| 1-5 Minutes -Cobra Pose/Head to Ceiling 1-5 Minutes I've seen noticeable improvements in my stomach area. I love this product it always helps me sweat around my stomach area when I wear it while working out and I don't sweat to often but man does this help lol. it tends to get alit loose during the top of the band whereas it stays tighter towards the bottom but that may just be due to my body shape, overall I love it and think its an excellent product I think he also helps maintain form while working out. ... show more
