Love it! It works flipping well! Especially with the sweet sweat, sweat inducer(whatever u call it lol) together that thing is a beast! It also holds onto the sweat tho, I tried patting it down with a paper towel but that doesn’t really work, so I leave it to Dry but still feel the wetness sometime the next day, idk how often to wash but I’ll use it for a few days and then wash. I have sauna suits and what not so that if the band is outta commission I can use the others. Also it doesn’t roll! I love that, it’s not painful and I jump the gun and got a small since I have a 32/33 inch waist but I am still considered overweight just for some reason I’ve always had a tiny waist 😅 but it fit snug as a bug! I thought it was all the hype, but trust me it’s worth you buying. I was a bit skeptical at first thinking it’ll take awhile to sweat but turns out after using it for my forst 15 mins I was already sweating without the gel. I’m 5’5 190 lbs I bought the large. I've been using the “Sweet Sweat” for a few weeks now, and I'm impressed with the results. The product really makes a difference in targeting stubborn belly fat during my workouts. I've noticed increased sweating around my midsection, which I interpret as the product doing its job in helping to shed excess water weight and burn fat. Combined with Calorie deficit and 2 hour exercise + Pilates; -15 Minutes of Jogging at 4.9 speed -5 minutes of 12 Incline at 3.0 Speed -Colories burned 800-1000 a day -Criss Cross Arms|10x20 -Bent Elbow Shoulder Cricles|10x20 -Overhead Shoulder Press|10x20 -Wall Push-Ups|10x10 -Shoulder Rolls|10x20 -Arm Circles/Small |10x20 -Hip Thrusts|10x20 (This is shi GROWS ass) -Leg Kicks|10x20 (Loosing A LOT of thigh fat) -High/Low Plank| 1-5 Minutes -Cobra Pose/Head to Ceiling 1-5 Minutes I've seen noticeable improvements in my stomach area. I have been using this since few weeks now and I can feel my inches reducing. It is quite stretchable but you would want to get your waist size band. It’s true to its size. I love the quality as it stays on my waist through out I run.

I've had this sweat belt for a few months now and I can say it's one of the best gym purchases I made! It helped reduced my back fat and it does help me sweat as I do have a hard time sweating on my own. Some inches have been lost around my stomach as well.
